LoftonSpace - A Family Owned Business
"If you want to learn about LoftonSpace as a company, then you need to learn about the Lofton Family." - Odie Lofton, Co-Owner
LoftonSpace was established originally in 2010.
LoftonSpace has gone through many iterations over the last decade. We started out as a family blog for the Lofton family to connect and share memories. Odie & Raven soon discovered that simply sharing stories in a small group wasn't enough. With the help of Odie's newly acquired broadcasting degree started an online radio station called Mix Country 106 along with publishing news articles to their site. This was an on and off effort for many years until 2017.
In 2017 Odie and Raven decided to form a non-profit to share their love of radio with their community and at the same time giving non-profits and churches and other community groups a platform to broadcast out to the community at no cost to them. This was all good in theory but sadly never fully came to be. Due to licensing issues between DMCA and FCC regulations, LoftonSPace could no longer afford to fight the issue and the decision was made to dissolve the company as a non-profit. This brings us to today. While we're starting a for-profit business, our mission is to still help the community and the income comes second.
So now you're probably thinking, so who are you now, what do you do and why should I care?
While we've always been a Christian organization, we feel that it's important to make sure you know that when looking at us. We would not be here today without Christ's guidance in our business and in our family's lives. Having these guiding principles of Love God with all your heart and love your neighbor as yourself pretty much sums up how we treat our customers and clients. Jesus's greatest commandment is our mission statement and philosophy.
We have a wide variety of services in the IT and Audio-Visual field to meet consumer and business needs. We invite you to check out the rest of our site and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
